Alplock is a trademark of Makfa Electronics Company. AlpAKS and AlpCard brands are sisters of it. Makfa is established in Feb 2004 in Ankara by Afsin Kucukoglu as a family company. Now Makfa Ivedik Indutrial Zone, Ankara. It is focused on hospitality market since it is founded. More than 500 hotels in 26 different countries have bought use Makfa products.The worldwide agents support uninterrupted service. Now after longtime market experience and R&D, locks are under 5 years warranty.

Mr. Afsin Kucukoglu has B.Sc.Electrical & Electronics Engineering, B.Sc. Management and M.Sc. Computer Engineering diploms. He speaks and writes Turkish and English.
Now he is Director and of the Company and Head of the R&D.
Ms.Ebru Hazar
Customer Relationship
She has B.Sc. International relations and political science diplom.
Since 2011, she is a member of Makfa Family as a Customer Relationship Expert.
Mr.Volkan Kavut

Team Leader
He is expert in Electromechanical systems. He has in the team since 2006. Since 2010 , Mr. Kavut is the team leader.
He is repsonsible of Aftersales Technical Support.
Ms.Fadime Çakır Kavut

Ms. Fadime is member of Makfa Family since 2004. She worked in many different positions in this long preiod. Because of having high experience she is resposible of Aftersales Support.
