01  What does Makfa Company do?

Makfa is establish to produce Electronic Locking Systems for Hospitality market. Makfa is not a trader company or agent. Since 2004 , Makfa focused on the market to produce the most stable system at reasonable price. Makfa spents to R&D every year only for hospitality market.

 03  How long have you been producing?

 

​Since 2004 developing Electronics Locking Sytems and softwares. Since 2005 we are totaly producing the systems. Our fist system was working under Windows XP , now we our systems can work under 64bit Windows 10. We updated all of our old systems with new ones after each Windows updates totaly Free Of Charge.

 

 

 04  How will Makfa give us the warranty and service?

Our locking sytems are under 5 years of our warranty against production faults. Our systems are very easy

to maintain and replace. We suggest to buy %2 extra to maintain. Our fault rate is under %1 in 5 years period. We also supply any parts inside the system and give training how to replace it. If the owner ask for technical service we are always ready to send technicians to give service at sight. Also we supply videos , manual and remote connection support. We have many customer in different countries wihout any local support. Do not compare our systems with some cheap products. 

 

 

 05  If I want to order more after 4-5 years can you supply?

The mortise or PCB that we produce in 2016 will be %100 compatible with the product which produced in 2005. We always update but never change the systems totaly. We always add. Different than many others we always keep the prices almost same as your fist purchase. Do not forget, we are the most economic in case of cost of ownership.

 

 

 06   Why do you charge for the software? Some offer software FOC?

If something has a cost and support it is not possible to sell it free. If you have a guy for room service you can not make room service free. We offer life time update support. What will happen when you update your computer to a new Windows version or from 32bit to 64bit. What will be done a database company will update it? We do not charge monthly or yearly but at fist time we charge it becasue it has a cost. Alplock also offers you PMS Interface software to use our system from your HMS-PMS directly.
